How do I care for my cutters?
Do not leave in direct sunlight or expose to temperatures over 60 degrees Celsius (Not oven or dishwasher safe) Wash with warm soapy water. Wipe between uses to avoid colour transfer.
Store in a box when not in use. While durable, please avoid bending the cutters. The cutting edge is 0.4mm for sharp cutting, because is it so thin for that reason it is susceptible to breaking if bent or not cared for correctly. We are not responsible for cutter damages. Do not put any objects on top of your cutters. When using, press gently.
These are only intended for the use of cutting polymer clay.
NOT suitable for children due to the small parts.
How long will my order take to ship?
Usually packages ship within 2 business days, however, due to high order volume at times please allow up to 5 business days.
Can I track my order?
All parcels are sent through PUDO (The Courier Guy). You will receive a tracking number when your order has been dropped off at the PUDO locker. You can then track it on https://portal.thecourierguy.co.za/track
Clay is sticking to my cutter. What do I do?
Please make sure that you are working on a surface that the clay sticks to (glass or tile)
We recommend dusting a light layer of corn starch either on your clay surface or ‘dipping’ your cutter into it before use. Use a soft brush to brush away excess cornstarch.
